COMMON RAIL PRESSURE REGULATOR TESTER

Common Rail Pressure Regulator Tester is a modern, advance and fast-working diagnostic tool for pressure regulators and magneto-proportional valves testing in the Diesel direct fuel injection systems of Common Rail type.

Common Rail Pressure Regulator Tester is logically controlled by a microprocessor.

Common Rail Pressure Regulator Tester can be used directly in the vehicle tested. Installed between the Electronic Control Unit and the valve and connected to the device by a cable, the tester allows to control the correct function of the fuel regulator. Common Rail Pressure Regulator Tester can be also used in any test bench adapted to the Common Rail systems testing for getting more precise results.

Interface of the Common Rail Pressure Regulator Tester  allows an immediate visualization of the valve absorbion or impuls lenght, received from the ECU, expressed in percents. These values, shown on the LCD display can be quickly selected by a button located on the upper part of the tester. This feature allows not to zero out the device for every test.

Common Rail Pressure Regulator Tester is feeded by a non-rechargeable battery of 9 Volt DC, which provides a smooth work of the tester during approximately 15 hours before battery change.

Error messages shown on LCD display by the codes allows to check the battery tension of the feeding element (LOW BATTERY) and polarity reverse during fuel regulator work control.
