The CAM BOX in cooperation with the PDE SIMULATOR Kit allows to test the efficiency of Pump-Injector Unit and of Unit Pump System.

The test is to be performed on the diesel fuel injection test bench introducing the unit in CAM BOX, the quantity of the fuel injected is checked by injection times commanded by the PDE SIMULATOR.

For the Unit Pump Systems (PLD) the system allows to test the quantity of the fuel injected, the exercise pressure of the unit pump, the injector pressure opening and the back leakage drop time of the injection.

The tests are to verify the efficiency of the pumping element, of nozzle and of electro-magnetic valve.
